Our Policies & Procedures:

West Tenn Carpet Cleaning  is a professional cleaning service that is licensed and fully insured for your protection. 

 

All cleaning supplies and equipment are furnished by  West Tenn Carpet Cleaning.

 

Payment

Payment for cleaning services is due in full at the time of service, unless other arrangements have been made prior to your appointment. Ask about our new payment plans with no credit check! 

 

West Tenn Carpet Cleaning  gladly accepts payment in the following forms: cash, personal check, credit card, ACH debit or invoice. If we arrive to clean and there is no payment, we will contact you immediately before cleaning will begin.  If you are not available, we will reschedule your appointment.

 

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning service, please provide at least 24 hours notice.  Once we take a reservation, we hold that time slot open for you and turn away other potential customers.

 

Refunds

We pride ourselves in giving supreme service to our clients.  We go above and beyond to make sure you are completely satisfied with your cleaning service before we leave.  Since carpet cleaning is a personalized service, we do not offer refunds. 

 If you are dissatisfied with your cleaning service for any reason, please Contact us within 24 hours of your cleaning and we will gladly return to reclean the area you are dissatisfied with at no additional cost to you.

 

Privacy Policy

We do not share information gathered with any third party.

 

Extra Services

If you require extra services or additional cleaning on your scheduled cleaning day, please contact us 48 hours in advance so we may allow the extra time needed at your home.
